Host a session
The practice spreads one room at a time.
You don’t need to be a scholar, and you don’t need a venue to start. You need a passage, a few people, and the willingness to let a text examine the room. If there isn’t a community where you are, you could be the one who begins it.
Most communities meet weekly on Sunday afternoons: the natural reflection slot at the threshold of the week, easy to get to, with time to carry on together afterwards. Pick the rhythm that fits your room, but keep it the same time each week.
